BEYOND THE FACADE — HIDE AND PEEK

This project looks to reposition a mall as a beacon of activity for a city center and attract visitors from afar with a limited site-line.

Started as a scent — infused throughout the DNA of its designs — and focused on form, Odeur wished to grow its presence within the fashion landscape while retaining its obscurity and provenance. Working with PM Per Westholm and graphic designer Robin Karlsson for this Hyper module, we were challenged to propose an online presence and digital strategy for the obscure Swedish high-end fashion brand Odeur.

SOUP'S ON

Starbucks was the subject of a half-day challenge for our group, whose other members included Francesco Falchi, Christian Sjostrand and Linnea Lindstrom. If Starbucks were to introduce a new soup to nuts menu, how would you appeal to urban (in traditional sense), affluent, career women on the run?

morning star

DARK ARTS — BORNE AT DAWN

Aušrinė, the morning star in Lithuanian mythology, is the name of a ceramics concern based in the Vilnius region. The logo, a homage to Lithuanian ornamental design, was created using The Sign of Māra that represents earth, water and all creatures within.

I was fortunate to work with Refik Anadol, Sebastain Neitch, Johannes Schmidt, Kerim Karaoglu and Efe Mert Kaya in creating the opening mapping piece for ARS Electronica's Maintenance, Repair and Operations' Frozen Music in Linz, Austria.

WITH WAITED BREATH

It was my first week in Stockholm. By the end if it, I couldn't walk or eat and, I could barely breath. But, I could still write. This four minute speech recounted my near 12-hour lay-over in Copenhagen that had yet to release it's painful hold on me.
